Meet Ed, one of the founders and acting managing director of Chatterton Rees. With over a decade of experience in London and Surrey, Ed brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the team.

Ed is a highly driven and results-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. He has a proven track record of delivering successful projects, and his attention to detail and dedication to excellence is second to none.
In his role as managing director, Ed is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Chatterton Rees. He works closely with the team to ensure that all deals are completed swiftly and the customer experience is of the highest standards., Ed is also an excellent mentor to junior members of the team. He takes pride in helping them develop their skills and knowledge and providing opportunities for career growth.

In his free time, Ed enjoys staying active, whether it's hitting the gym or playing a game of golf or tennis.  Overall, Ed is a crucial member of the Chatterton Rees team, and his leadership and expertise have helped the company establish itself as a leading player in the industry.

Lee is our Chatterton Rees head of residential country homes based out of our Sunningdale office that covers, Ascot, Windlesham, Virginia Water and the surrounding areas in to Berkshire and Surrey. Lee has years worth of experience working in central London and the Ascot area and has one of the most pro active approach to agency we have seen and can always seem to deliver on his promises to clients. Lee is a very easy going person with a hugely positive mentality and would love to hear from anyone selling or renting in the local areas

Since joining Chatterton Rees, Perry quickly adapted to the company's operations, progressing from a junior consultant to sales manager within just three years. His exemplary work ethic is evident in his dedication to clients, often working late into the evenings to accommodate international time zones. Perry possesses a keen eye for identifying quality agency practices and achieving record sale prices.

Now, as a co-founder of Chatterton Rees Group, he's taken on the role of establishing and coordinating our international team. After relocating to San Francisco he is bringing his extensive experience and expertise to the US market.
 
He has acquired his Californian Brokers Licence within 6 months, an achievement which should not go unnoticed and a statement of his knowledge in global real estate. His position is particularly beneficial for both sellers and buyers, as his wider network allows access to a diverse pool of potential clients. All this ultimately ensuring the best possible outcome in terms of strategy and pricing.
