Meet Ed, one of the founders and acting managing director of Chatterton Rees. With over a decade of experience in London and Surrey, Ed brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the team.

Ed is a highly driven and results-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. He has a proven track record of delivering successful projects, and his attention to detail and dedication to excellence is second to none.
In his role as managing director, Ed is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Chatterton Rees. He works closely with the team to ensure that all deals are completed swiftly and the customer experience is of the highest standards., Ed is also an excellent mentor to junior members of the team. He takes pride in helping them develop their skills and knowledge and providing opportunities for career growth.

In his free time, Ed enjoys staying active, whether it's hitting the gym or playing a game of golf or tennis.  Overall, Ed is a crucial member of the Chatterton Rees team, and his leadership and expertise have helped the company establish itself as a leading player in the industry.

Lee joined Chatterton Rees in 2021, bringing with him extensive experience from Dexters in London, where he worked across multiple offices. Lee’s proactive, Central London approach quickly made an impact when he moved into the Ascot market, initially as an Associate and later managing a leading local brand. Since joining Chatterton Rees, he has driven the company’s market share to new heights, achieving year-on-year growth and establishing the firm as one of the top two agents in our price range.

Lee is now Head of Residential Country Homes at our Sunningdale office, covering Ascot, Windlesham, Virginia Water, and surrounding areas of Berkshire and Surrey. With years of experience in both Central London and the Ascot region, Lee is renowned for his proactive approach, market insight, and ability to consistently deliver on client expectations.

Since joining Chatterton Rees in 2017, Perry progressed from Junior Associate to Sales Manager within three years, driven by strong commercial instinct, a relentless work ethic, and high service standards. He played a key role managing American clients, working across international time zones to ensure seamless transactions and accountability.

Recognised for his performance, Perry was appointed Director in London, overseeing multiple offices, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence and revenue growth. Known for maximising asset value, he consistently achieved record-breaking sales through disciplined negotiation, accurate pricing, and strategic market positioning.

Now Co-Founder of Chatterton Rees Group, Perry leads the company’s international division. His relocation to San Francisco supports the firm’s strategic expansion and builds on years of transatlantic deal experience. Within six months, he secured his California Broker’s License, further demonstrating his technical expertise and global real estate knowledge.

Operating on both sides of the Atlantic, Perry provides clients with access to international networks and market insight, ensuring optimal outcomes for both sales and rentals. Harry Baron joined Chatterton Rees in 2022, bringing with him years of experience across Prime Central London, having worked for Chard & Dexters from Paddington to South Kensington, Sloane Square, and Belgravia. Harry quickly established himself as a top-performing Sales and Lettings Associate, becoming the company’s number one banker, a success that soon earned him the role of Branch Manager of our Sloane Square office.

In this role, Harry has leveraged his extensive knowledge and market experience to double our market share in a highly competitive environment. He also played a fundamental role in securing our stunning Cadogan Street office, assembling a highly motivated and proactive team to support the office’s continued growth.

Jack Perry Williams began his career with Chatterton Rees in 2021, starting in the Fulham office where he learned the ins and outs of residential property sales and rentals. During this time, Jack developed a strong grounding in the market, building hands-on experience across valuations, viewings, negotiations and client care.
Following his early success, Jack was promoted and moved to the Sloane Square office, where he further refined his skills working with high-value clients and applicants. His proactive approach and consistent results saw him achieve back-to-back Highest Banking Associate at the company.

In 2026, Jack was promoted to the Head of the West Chelsea and Fulham office, returning to where his career began. He brings a well-rounded, commercially driven approach to the market, with a sharp understanding of property values and a proven ability to drive sales and rentals over the line—achieving the best possible price with the strongest applicants.

Rachel has been part of the team since the company was incorporated in 2016. She began her career with us as an Executive Assistant, but as the business grew and she gained exposure to the progress of the sales teams, she developed a strong interest in new homes.

Rachel is particularly passionate about working with new home builders, from off-plan sales at the breaking-ground stage through to move-in-ready properties. What she enjoys most is guiding buyers through their entire journey — from the first instruction to seeing their dream home quite literally come to fruition during the build phase.

No team at Chatterton Rees would be complete without our four-legged superstars, Monty and Chewie. Monty, our ever-smiling Golden Retriever, and Chewie, our charming (and slightly opinionated) Lhasa Apso, are best friends, office mascots, and undeniable crowd-pullers.

Often spotted alongside their human besties Ella and Parker, Monty and Chewie are regulars at charity fairs and community events, where they proudly represent the Chatterton Rees team. Whether they’re soaking up attention, posing for photos, or casually stealing the spotlight from the rest of us, they have a knack for drawing more smiles, and more attention, than most of the team combined.
When they’re not supporting great causes, you’ll find them enjoying the fun side of office life: greeting visitors, boosting morale, and reminding everyone that work is always better with a wagging tail (or two). 🐶
